Plans

Three ways to work with us

Every engagement starts with a scoped inspection. From there, you choose whether to manage a portfolio or add remediation tracking.

One building, one inspection

Single Building

  • Close-range visual and sounding assessment
  • Thermal imaging survey
  • Structured defect register with severity classification
  • 3D point cloud model with defect markers
  • Compliance report (AS 4349, NCC Part F3)
  • Secure share link for stakeholders
  • Digital platform access for 12 months

Priced per building based on facade area and access method.

What Affects the Price

Six factors that shape your quote

01

Building Height

Taller buildings require more rope access drops and longer inspection windows. A 5-storey building takes less time than a 40-storey tower.

02

Facade Area

Total cladding area determines the number of inspection bays and the volume of data captured. Larger facades mean more defect points to classify.

03

Access Method

IRATA rope access is standard. Buildings with BMU (building maintenance units) or restricted anchor points may need different rigging configurations.

04

Facade Complexity

Simple curtain wall glass is faster to assess than mixed-material facades with concrete panels, rendered masonry, and multiple sealant types.

05

Location

Buildings in our four office cities (Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, Perth) have same-day mobilisation. Regional sites may include travel and accommodation.

06

Reporting Depth

A standard defect register with 3D model is included. Additional deliverables such as thermal reports, laboratory testing, or engineering assessments are quoted separately.

Common Questions

Pricing questions answered

How much does a facade inspection cost?

It depends on the building. A 10-storey commercial tower with simple curtain wall glazing is a different scope from a 40-storey mixed-material residential tower. We quote per building after reviewing plans or visiting the site. Most single-building inspections for mid-rise commercial buildings fall between $8,000 and $25,000 including the 3D model and digital register.

Is the 3D model included in the price?

Yes. Every inspection includes a LiDAR scan and photogrammetry capture. The 3D point cloud model with defect markers is a standard deliverable, not an add-on.

Do you charge for platform access?

Your first 12 months of platform access are included with every inspection. After that, ongoing access is available on an annual subscription. Portfolio clients get continuous access as part of their agreement.

What if I have multiple buildings?

Portfolio pricing applies from three buildings. The per-building cost reduces with volume, and you get a portfolio dashboard, recurring scheduling, and a dedicated account manager. Contact us for a portfolio proposal.

Are there any hidden fees?

No. The quote covers the inspection team, equipment, data capture, 3D modelling, defect classification, compliance reporting, and platform setup. If the scope changes on site (for example, we discover additional facades that were not in the original brief), we discuss it before proceeding.

How long is the quote valid?

Quotes are valid for 30 days. After that, we may need to re-confirm team availability and access arrangements. The pricing itself does not change unless the scope changes.
